      <image:title>Home - In search of support.</image:title>
<image:caption>Are you seeking help with understanding yourself, your motivations, or your behaviors? Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s difficulties, going through a tough transition, or experiencing undesired symptoms such as difficulty sleeping, eating, loss of motivation, increased anxiety or depression? Are you finding it difficult to cope? I can help. I use art therapy techniques to help you explore and understand your inner landscape; a metaphor used in order to visualize the intangible parts of yourself: your thoughts, emotions and internal responses to external triggers. Art therapy is a way to express yourself visually, and to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of being in a creative state. Indulge your curiosity about yourself by tapping into your subconscious using creative processes.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Hi, I’m Kim.</image:title>
<image:caption>I believe that everyone has the capacity to change themselves and their lives for the better. I am passionate about the journey of self discovery and believe that creative art therapy is a poignant and meaningful way to explore our inner landscape. Through the work of metaphor and connecting with our unconscious we can unlock the parts of ourselves that are holding us back and getting in our way. I believe in examining uncovered thoughts and feelings with nonjudgmental curiosity in order to learn and grow. I am currently seeing clients in West Los Angeles and virtually via telehealth.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About</image:title>
<image:caption>I am an artist, therapist and lover of nature. I appreciate the details in life that others may miss. I am a champion for the underserved. I have always had a fascination with trees: I enjoy being near them, admiring their unique beauty and majesty. As an artist, I am continually drawing trees, taking joy in recreating textured bark and sweeping branches. As a therapist, I have grown to appreciate the important metaphor that trees provide us. Trees are a common symbol for growth and life, they symbolize strength and groundedness and can be used to talk about personal change and health. Since graduating from Pratt Institute with my Masters in Art Therapy and Creativity Development I have had the pleasure to work with many different populations in a variety of settings. I have been a part of a community based case management program, worked in many acute in-patient behavioral health hospital settings, and intensive outpatient programs. I have worked with individuals of all ages, from 4 to over 90, and have group and individual experience. I am credentialed as a Registered, Board Certified Art Therapist.</image:caption>
